Summary0002434: Miss Ross' route blocked by pregnancy
DescriptionWhen you have to acquire the paint in Miss Ross' route, Eve's pregnancy blocks the conversation leading to the parcels arriving at Sugar Tats, as she isn't at school.
And when Grace is pregnant, the parcels are there, but her conversation is limited to pregnancy issues (tested at stage 4)...

This is not a bug but a limitation imposed by the open quests system. It will not be corrected because it is impossible to prevent all interactions between the different stories without affecting the narrative.
It's strongly recommended to stick to one route at a time. In your case, you already have to finish Eve's route before you can continue Ms. Ross'.
